A little bit about me. I began my love of cameras with my grandfather’s old Pentax and learned the art of developing film myself. My great, great grandfather was also a photographer and had a studio where he handmade wood frames. It’s in my story, my family—I get the need to hang the portraits all over my home! I love portraits. I think they remind us of our vulnerability, our humanity, our struggles and pain, and also our greatest moments of joy. And happiness. The lives we share with those around us. I’m grateful to be both behind and in front of a camera to help me see this.
